A Global Front for Local Impact: Empowering Abuja’s Youth in Cybersecurity
On August 3, 2025, the Alice Alobi Foundation set a new benchmark for youth empowerment by hosting an elite Cybersecurity Awareness Workshop. In an unprecedented collaboration, we joined forces with the American Space, the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), the NPF National Cybercrime Centre (NPF NCCC), and Interpol.
Participants: 35 selected youths participated in this high-level session, gaining direct insights from the world’s leading digital security and anti-fraud organizations.
The workshop focused on the “White Hat” path—transforming technical curiosity into ethical careers that protect, rather than harm, the digital ecosystem.
Strengthening Digital Frontiers at Granny Murray Schools
On September 14, 2025, the Alice Alobi Foundation brought its flagship Cybersecurity Awareness Workshop to the high school students of Granny Murray Schools, Gwarinpa.
In an increasingly connected world, the classroom is no longer confined by four walls. We spent the day engaging with these bright students, dismantling the myths of the internet, and replacing them with robust digital defense strategies.
From identifying sophisticated phishing scams to managing their digital footprints, the students of Granny Murray are now better equipped to lead with security and integrity.

Empowering Children for a Safer Digital Future
Is your child prepared to explore the digital world safely and responsibly?
The internet provides endless opportunities for learning, creativity, and connection,
but it also comes with challenges and risks. Protecting children online goes beyond
managing screen time — it involves equipping them with the knowledge, skills, and
confidence needed to make safe and responsible decisions in the digital space.
We are excited to introduce the AAF Cybersafety Clubs, launching in
September 2026!
Designed for children between the ages of 8 and 16, our practical and age-appropriate
programme helps young learners develop essential digital safety skills, build
confidence online and become responsible digital citizens.
Through engaging activities and interactive learning experiences, club members will
grow from everyday internet users into confident and empowered
Cybersafety Ambassadors, ready to promote safer online habits within
their communities.
Want to Host a Training?
We’re actively partnering with schools, NGOs, religious centers, and community groups to bring ICT training to where it's needed most.
