Cybersecurity Awareness Workshop

In commemoration with the International Girls in Information Communication Technology (ICT) Day in April 2025, the Alice Alobi Foundation (AAF) celebrated the day by hosting a transformative ICT Training Workshop focused on Cybersecurity Awareness for Girls Child. This impactful initiative, designed to provide essential digital literacy and Cybersecurity knowledge to young girls, took place in the Federal Capital Territory Abuja. It brought together bright and enthusiastic female students from various Junior Secondary Schools across the region.

Building Digital Resilience

The workshop not only served as an educational platform but also as an empowering experience for the young girls who participated. The direct involvement of the NPF-NCC allowed students to learn from experts working at the forefront of cybersecurity efforts, reinforcing the importance of proactive safety measures.

Designed as a dynamic, hands-on learning experience, the workshop included interactive sessions and insightful presentations led by cybersecurity professionals from the NPF-NCC. Students had the opportunity to learn from experts in the field, gaining practical knowledge about protecting themselves in the digital realm.

The Alice Alobi Foundation (AAF), in collaboration with the NPF National CyberCrime Centre, EFCC, Interpol, and certified Cybersecurity Experts, organised a vital Cybersecurity Awareness Workshop for Youths. This impactful event took place on July 3rd, 2025, at 10:00 AM at The American Space Abuja, located at 2 Gwani Street, Wuse Zone 4, Abuja. This workshop aimed to equip young Nigerians with essential knowledge and skills to navigate the digital world safely and responsibly.

Sweet Mother Network: Pad a Girl

Join us for the Sweet Mother Initiative’s “Pad a Girl” campaign happening on October 11, 2025, at the Wasa IDP Camp in honor of the International Day of the Girl Child.
